Knowledge Operations
Turn selected documents, communications and records into useful, cited business context.

Platform
IntelliFusion is the operating layer between the instructions your business receives and the applications that complete the work. It brings private knowledge, structured preparation, controlled execution and verified results into one platform.
The outcome statement
You state the outcome. IntelliFusion prepares the work, shows you exactly what will happen, acts only with the right authority, and proves what was done.
The Order-to-ERP journey
Capture the authorized message → identify the business details → check contracts, master data and existing transactions → decide once from one concise exception and approval view → create the approved ERP transaction → read it back, reconcile it and receive the receipt.

Approvals
Before a material action, IntelliFusion shows you the exact effect — the transaction, the values, the exceptions. Your approval attaches to exactly that plan: if anything material changes, the approval no longer applies and is requested again. One approval covers one execution — a retried request can never act twice. For routine, well-bounded work, you can define standing authority instead: explicit, limited, time-bound and revocable at any moment.
Your existing systems
IntelliFusion works with the ERP and business applications you already run — it prepares, delivers, verifies and accounts for work in them rather than replacing them. Integration uses open, auditable standards, and your data remains portable.
Availability, honestly
We label what you can use today, what runs in pilot with design partners, and what is in preview. We don't market what doesn't exist. The order-to-ERP outcome journey — including verified receipts — currently runs as a design-partner pilot; the capability groups above carry their own status.
