Trust & Control

Automate more. Keep authority visible.

Less manual handling never has to mean less control. These are the controls the platform implements — stated plainly, without absolute claims.

Your data and workspace

Each account operates in a separated private workspace: files, records, knowledge indexes and preferences are isolated per account, and every query carries that boundary.

Identity and access boundaries

One authenticated identity per user, resolved server-side. Roles and permissions are explicit; a model response can never grant access to anything.

Exact approval at the point of impact

Material actions present their exact effect for approval. Approval binds to that exact plan; material changes invalidate it. Standing authority is explicit, bounded, time-limited and revocable.

Read-back and verified outcomes

External results are read back from the destination and reconciled field by field. Unconfirmed work is shown as unconfirmed — never silently marked complete.

Testing and operational evidence

Behavior is pinned by executable scenarios traced to requirements; operations are monitored, logged and incident-managed with the same account boundaries.

Data lifecycle, correction and deletion

Your corrections improve only your own account's behavior, with your approval, reversibly. Deleting source material removes what was learned from it.

Open standards and portability

Integration and knowledge tooling follow open, widely adopted standards, and your business data remains exportable.

Hosting and shared responsibility

We state precisely which controls the application provides and which belong to the hosting platform. We do not claim to reproduce hyperscale physical security, and we avoid absolute claims — security is evidenced, not promised.
