Solution · Order-to-ERP Automation

Turn incoming customer orders into ERP-ready transactions.

IntelliFusion reads the customer message and attachments, identifies the business details, checks them against approved knowledge and live records, highlights exceptions, prepares the exact transaction and — after the required approval — delivers and verifies it in the ERP.

The six steps

From confirmed email to verified order.

  1. Capturethe authorized email or document.
  2. Identifycustomer, products, quantities, dates and terms — each value tied to the message that established it.
  3. Checkcontracts, master data and existing transactions; conflicts and gaps become named exceptions, not guesses.
  4. Approvefrom one concise view: the exact transaction, its exceptions, nothing else to chase.
  5. Createthe approved ERP transaction — once. Duplicates are prevented by design, even across timeouts and retries.
  6. Verifythe platform reads the created record back from the ERP, reconciles it field by field, and issues the receipt.

What makes it different

“Sent” is the middle of the story, not the end.

Most automation stops at “the API call succeeded.” IntelliFusion treats that as the middle of the story. An outcome counts as complete only when the destination system confirms the record exists and matches — anything less stays visibly unresolved for a person to handle. Values that don't fit the destination are refused or declared, never silently truncated.

The result

Faster order handling. Fewer corrections. Clear accountability.

Status: Order-to-ERP runs today as a design-partner pilot: the full chain is proven against an SAP-style sales-order environment, with verified receipts and duplicate-safe delivery. Production rollout is scoped per partner.
