Use lawfully and responsibly
You may use IntelliFusion only in compliance with applicable law, the rights of others, our Terms of Use, and these rules. You are responsible for people who use the Services through your account and for applying appropriate human oversight.
Prohibited uses
You must not use the Services to:
- create, facilitate or meaningfully assist violence, terrorism, abuse, exploitation, trafficking or self-harm;
- develop or deploy weapons, malware, credential theft, destructive cyber activity, or unauthorised access or surveillance;
- defraud, deceive, impersonate, spam, manipulate markets, evade sanctions, launder money, or facilitate illegal goods or services;
- exploit or sexualise minors, generate non-consensual intimate content, or facilitate sexual violence;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other legal rights, or collect personal data without a lawful basis;
- make fully automated high-impact decisions about people in employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, legal services or access to essential services without lawful authority, meaningful human review and a way to challenge the decision;
- misrepresent AI-generated material as human-created where disclosure is required, create deceptive media, or impersonate a person without consent;
- circumvent safety systems, usage limits, access controls, monitoring or content filters, or probe the Services for vulnerabilities outside an authorised security programme;
- use output as a substitute for qualified professional advice where errors may cause significant harm; or
- interfere with, overload, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the Services except as expressly permitted.
High-impact uses
If your use could materially affect a person’s rights, safety or access to services, you must conduct a risk assessment, verify relevant outputs, maintain meaningful human control, provide appropriate AI disclosure, protect personal data, keep suitable records, and offer an effective review or appeal process. Contact us before deployment if you are uncertain whether your use is supported.
Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected misuse, limit output or features, require remediation, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate access, and report activity where legally required or necessary to prevent serious harm.
