Policy

Cancellation & Refunds.

Last updated August 12, 2026. Straightforward rules for recurring IntelliFusion subscriptions.

Recurring subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Charges are made in advance using your saved payment method. Taxes may be added where required.

How to cancel

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal linked from the Engagement Options page. If you cannot access it, email support@ipolytex.com from the address associated with your account before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.

Plan changes

Upgrades may take effect immediately with a prorated charge or credit shown before confirmation. Downgrades normally take effect at the next renewal. Current plan limits continue until then unless checkout states otherwise.

Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial periods, unused allowances, forgotten cancellations or account inactivity. If we charge you in error, you experience a verified prolonged service failure, or we terminate a prepaid service without cause, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will assess a refund or service credit fairly.

Trials and promotions

If a trial converts to a paid subscription, the conversion date and price will be shown when you enrol. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and expire as stated.

Payment failures

If a payment fails, we may retry it and temporarily restrict paid features. You remain responsible for amounts properly due. We will not request complete card details by email; payments are processed through our authorised payment provider.

Requesting help

Email support@ipolytex.com with your account email, invoice reference, charge date and reason. Do not send card numbers or security codes. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
